SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping is free!
FTLOT does not currently ship internationally but will in the future.
FTLOT is not responsible for delays once your item has shipped.
FTLOT is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please notify your carrier if you receive a notice that your package was delivered but you can't locate it on your property or with your neighbors by mistake.
Once your order is complete we are unable to change your shipping address.
You will be able to track your package with your tracking information provided in your shipment notification.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and exchanges must be returned with a return approval code.
Please email hello@lovefortees.com to receive a return approval code. Please include the following in your email:
Date of purchase
Reason for return/exchange
Returns must be received in the conditions they were received by the customer.
Return approval codes are only valid within 30 days of purchase.
